FT4 | Golfer carries a Handicap Index of 15.0-19.9 |

Join an authorized golf club within an Association and register for a Handicap Index or visit the USGA website to sign up, https://getahandicap.usga.org.
If your handicap improves, you will graduate to the next flight tier. Example, if your Handicap Index drops from 11.0 to 9.0 during the season, you will graduate from FT3 to FT2 once your handicap hits 9.9.
We will always recognize your best Flight Tier. Example, if you start the season as an 8.0 Handicap Index, but end the season as a 12.0 Handicap Index, we will adhere to your lowest Handicap Index of the season. We will only acknowledge progression and there will be no penalty for regression.
New apparel and accessories will be unlocked that may have not been available in your previous tier.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We take pride in the quality of our products and hope you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that are unwashed, unworn, and not embroidered within 30 days of the delivery date. We’ll even cover the shipping cost for eligible returns.*
Embroidered polos are not eligible for a return or refund.
*Free return shipping is only available for domestic orders. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, with tags attached, and without any signs of use (unwashed, unworn, and undamaged).
Flighting gift cards are the perfect way to share Flighting apparel and accessories with friends and family.
Initiate your return request to receive a pre-paid return label for eligible items.
Please note: return requests must be submitted individually for each unique order number. Each return should be packaged separately and shipped using the specific return label provided for that order.
If you need to return and exchange items from the same order, they can be sent together in one package using the same return label.
For situations where you want a combination of a refund and store credit for the same order, you’ll need to submit separate return requests and ship those items back individually.
Custom embroidery of a club logo can be done through your pro shop. The head of merchandise may arrange for custom logos to be added to select items.
Flighting Golf is currently available exclusively online for existing members.
