Start a Return
Initiate your return request to receive a pre-paid return label for eligible items.
Please note: return requests must be submitted individually for each unique order number. Each return should be packaged separately and shipped using the specific return label provided for that order.
If you need to return and exchange items from the same order, they can be sent together in one package using the same return label.
For situations where you want a combination of a refund and store credit for the same order, you’ll need to submit separate return requests and ship those items back individually.
Important:
Do not combine items from separate orders in the same package or use the same return label for different orders. Each label corresponds to a specific order, and combining items will prevent proper processing of your return or exchange. Refunds will not be issued for items that are not correctly matched to their respective return labels.
Exchanges

Easily request an exchange and receive a pre-paid return label for all eligible items.
When initiating an exchange, you’ll have several options to choose from.
If you’re both returning and exchanging items from a single order, they can be shipped together in one package using the same return label.
Free Returns*
We take pride in the quality of our products and hope you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that are unwashed, unworn, and not embroidered within 30 days of the delivery date. We’ll even cover the shipping cost for eligible returns.*
Free return shipping is only available for domestic orders. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, with tags attached, and without any signs of use (unwashed, unworn, and undamaged).
Embroidered polos are not eligible for a return or refund.
Shipping Instructions:
All return packages must be handed directly to a USPS agent at an official USPS location.
Do not use USPS drop boxes to return packages. Obtain and keep a USPS drop-off receipt to confirm the return if any issues arise.
We are not responsible for packages without a USPS drop-off receipt.
If using your own shipping method instead of our pre-paid label, use a service with tracking capabilities. We are not liable for packages lost during return shipment.
Exclusions:
Items with logos or personalized designs are ineligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defects or damage (assessed individually). Contact us at support@flightinggolf.com for assistance.
Gift boxes cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
E-gift cards are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or financial institution to reflect the credit in your account.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method for the purchase amount, excluding any shipping charges.
